- Part One: Explores the developmental history, literature review, and Pauline-theological grounding suitable for foundational theology and integration courses.

Professional Certification Pathways

- Tier 1 (CIT-Informed Practitioner): A 45-hour didactic curriculum and written competency examination establishing core theoretical knowledge.
- Tier 2 (Certified CIT Practitioner - CCIT-P): Supervised direct practice (60 hours), group case consultation (20 hours), capstone case study, and an oral case review — available across Clinical and Soul Care / Ministry tracks.
- Tier 3 (Certified CIT Supervisor / Trainer - CCIT-S): Advanced training authorizing senior practitioners to supervise candidates and teach the curriculum.
